Quiet Modern
A bedroom reimagined for rest, reading, and everyday living.

The Challenge
The bedroom had generous proportions but lacked the warmth, organization, and sense of purpose the client wanted. Beyond sleeping, the room needed to accommodate reading, getting ready, and occasional work, while offering better storage and a more personal atmosphere.
The Design
The design introduces distinct areas for rest, reading, and dressing while bringing greater balance to the room. A warm wood bed with integrated nightstands anchors the space, complemented by brass lighting, a larger dresser, and a dedicated reading corner.
Rust-colored drapery, olive upholstery, layered textiles, and a patterned rug add warmth and depth. Personal artwork, books, and collected objects give the room its individuality, creating a space that feels both composed and personal.
